BACKGROUND
_Sharing the Vision_ (StV) is a mental health policy for Ireland that
supports continuing progression of a high standard of mental health
care delivery.? It builds on the work of _A Vision for Change_ and
provides a framework for investing in a modern, responsive mental
health service for the next **Apply on the website** years.
The National Implementation Monitoring Committee (NIMC) was
established in December **Apply on the website** to provide oversight
of implementation of StV. Since the establishment of the NIMC Steering
Committee it has overseen the formation of the required associated
NIMC Implementation monitoring structures including convening three
Specialist Groups to date. The Youth Mental Health Transitions
Specialist Group is one of these and its work is focused on enabling

_StV Recommendation **Apply on the website**: Appropriate supports
should be provided for on an interim basis to service users
transitioning from CAMHS to GAMHS. The age of transition should be
moved from **Apply on the website** to **Apply on the website**, and
future supports should reflect this. _
This recommendation is being implemented by the Youth Mental Health
Transitions Specialist Group by development of a work plan to focus on
the two key components of Recommendation **Apply on the website**; the
first workstream will focus on current transition optimisation and the
second workstream will look at developing recommendations for future
supports to move the age of transition to **Apply on the website**
years.
The purpose of this invitation for tender is in relation to WORKSTREAM
2; to provide the evidence base that will inform, and be published
alongside, recommendations for a Transformation Plan for Youth Mental
Health service provision up to **Apply on the website** years
